this is an awesome house and the host is fantastic. They address any issues immediately. the house accomodates large groups and it is very clean and stocked with all you could need. Highly recommend this for a get away.

This is a fantastic lodge for big families…lots of amenities and space to spread out! Great location in a quiet community! The host is fabulous and quickly responds to any questions! I highly recommend Buckhead Rentals!

What a beautiful venue to host a large group. What’s a beautiful location. We had 33 family members and the cabin was exceptional. Large family spaces. Huge theatre room. Super kitchen w two stoves , two sinks , two fridges. We love to cook together as a family, and the kitchen was perfect for this. Seems like every bedroom had a bathroom. There was a very large pool in direct proximity to the property. All the kids loved being able to swim all day. We were there for five days and the entire group was comfortable and content. There was ample parking for the group and easy to enter / exit. We would absolutely return to this cabin with no hesitation. Love, love, loved it !!!!

We rented this place because we had 22 family members getting away for a long weekend. We wanted a place that gave us plenty of room and this place checked all of the boxes! Even though we had 22 people, it did not feel like it. Lot's of room to spread out and no one was on top of each other. We had a blast watching March Madness (Tennessee Vols, specifically) in the theater room with 25 seats. That was a great time!

We always enjoy our annual visit to Nottingham Lodge! Plenty of space for our group and a super location for quickly getting into Pigeon Forge for our conference at the LeConte Center. The quick drive makes it possible for us to spend more time and meals at the lodge rather than having to find a restaurant large enough to accommodate us.
