What a beautiful house ! Great location - close to many popular attractions. It was more house than we needed, but we were so impressed by the pictures we chose it anyway. No regrets. The house has several separate living areas making it great for large groups. Lots of amenities - pool table, ping pong, large theater room, arcade games, skee ball, hot tubs and more. The double kitchen area was fantastic. Every bedroom has its own bathroom. The owner was easy to communicate with and kept us informed with any needed info for our stay. I would highly recommend this property or any others provided by this owner.

The house layout was great for our group of 17. Lots of activities for our teenage boys. Nice big eating area that could accommodate everyone. A few maintenance issues that hopefully are being taken care of were the only things keeping this from a 5 star.

My 4 generation family of 21 individuals ranging in age from 2 to 81 years enjoyed a week together in this wonderful lodge! The combination of private space and group activity areas allowed for personal choices. The pool was great and an easy drive from the cabin. It was too hot during our stay to tempt us to use the mini golf, but it looks to be a very nice course just next to the pool. We were especially pleased to find grocery stores so conveniently located. The double kitchen was such a game changer! We will be coming back again next year.

We had 17 people so having 10 bedrooms with everyone having their own bathroom was awesome. The views were fantastic. We loved the back and front decks with the rocking chairs! We also appreciated two refrigerators and two stoves. The dining room being combined with the kitchen was great. The kids enjoyed all the video games and we enjoyed the movie theatre room. The location worked out well for when we went to Pigeon Forge or Seiverville. One upstairs mattress needs to be changed as it had a dip that you could physically see and it wasn’t great to sleep in. We also needed more that two kitchen towels! The pool was small and the only way to access was to drive from the house and it wasn’t big enough to accommodate all guests who were staying on the property.

Our extended family of grandparents, kids and grandkids stayed comfortably at this beautiful lodge. Having two separate kitchens that were next to each other was extremely convenient. The theater room was fantastic and kept our grandchildren entertained along with the arcades, pool and ping pong tables. There were at least 2 of everything that you might need (grills, crockpots, family rooms…) The lodge was close to Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and the Great Smokey Mountain NP. It was close to Walmart, Publix and Kroger. Wonderful location!
